We are thrilled to announce a collaboration between the esteemed Esbjerg International Chamber Music Festival and the beloved Fanø Festival, designed to offer a seamless experience for all music enthusiasts. This partnership will feature 20 concerts across various genres, some accompanied by refreshments, promising an unforgettable experience for attendees.

The festivals will host concerts in the historic churches of Nordby and Sønderho on the idyllic island of Fanø, and in Ribe, Denmark’s oldest city, at venues including the Sct.Catharinæ Church and Ribe Arts Museum. Performances will also take place in the Danish National Academy of Music’s concert hall in Esbjerg, a historic building noted for its exceptional acoustics.

This summer, the synergy between the Esbjerg International Chamber Music Festival and Fanø Festival aims to transform Esbjerg, Fanø and Ribe into a must-visit cultural destination. The festivals have been a platform for global musicians to forge new artistic collaborations and have been instrumental in promoting chamber music in the region, as evidenced by numerous broadcasts on Danish National Radio and other collaborations.
